Usually, Tuesdays are a little less rushed, but when I’m on service, mornings are so closely timed that I don’t have the time I would like to have to spend on lunch prep.
Breakfast: Strawberry parfait.
Lunch: Ham, pepperoni, salami, and havarti on wheat.
Dinner: Farfalle with spinach and grilled chicken-apple sausage in a tomato basil sauce.
